Mike Beckerle resolved DAFFODIL-3061.
-------------------------------------
    Resolution: Not A Problem

Turns out it won't work if I am connected to my company VPN.

This used to work, but now one must disconnect the VPN for podman to work for
daffodil-site.

I expect something about namespace resolution on the VPN changed.
