Adds a short **Supported Platforms** section to the README: - All Apache DataSketches libraries support little-endian platforms only. The serialized sketch formats, and algorithms such as the HLL, CPC and Theta compression, assume little-endian byte order. Big-endian platforms are not supported. - This library is tested on Linux, macOS and Windows, which matches the CI matrix: Ubuntu 24.04 with GCC 9–15, macOS 15 with Clang, and Windows 2025 with MSVC. The little-endian requirement has always held but was never written down.
