At least Oracle just plans to change the whole system for Java 9+;-)
At most for WinHTTP we could guess the OS is something like "Generic Windows",
otherwise even "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; Win32; WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5)"
won't tell us anything more about the OS.
