Resolution: Won't Fix
As Portlet 3.0 simply added a new {{getUserAgent()}} to its API, there is no
need to go via CC/PP, the content of this method can be processed with any
device recognition technique like DeviceMap "Classifier", SimpleDDR or other
tools.
