### Summary
What does this PR do?
- Modified `icon.svg` to use DevLake's blue (#7497f7)
- Added `isBeta: true` in `config.tsx` to display beta indicator in UI
- Added Name field to `TestmoOptions` (`task_data.go`) and updated
`blueprint_v200.go` and `task.tsx` to show meaningful names like
"Testmo:ProjectName"
- Removed `tasks.ConvertProjectsMeta` from `SubTaskMetas` (`impl.go`) and
deleted `project_converter.go` to prevent invalid project creation
