xingchun-chen opened a new issue #2523:

   1.set worker.exec.threads=2 in conf/worker.properties 
   2.restart worker service
   3.run workflow，Number of tasks greater than 2，The task does not wait for the 
thread, but runs all tasks，as shown below:
