1. Run the workflow, the workflow runs on master1
2. Stop the workflow and stop the master1 service
3. After master2 is fault-tolerant, the workflow stops, click "Resume"
again, the workflow is not running
1.运行工作流，工作流在master1运行
2.停止工作流，停掉master1服务
3.master2容错后，工作流停止，再次点击“恢复运行”，工作流没有运行
