### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened <img width="1085" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/assets/59598656/69799b15-28f4-46a5-9f3b-4d0ac32b49ac";> At 8:30, the master of all machines did not schedule the workflow on time.
