### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The current python shell and SQL tasks support passing context parameters to downstream tasks, and this feature is also supported in Kubernetes tasks, which will be applicable to more practical scenarios.
