GitHub user YansongZhu-zys created a discussion: When different workflows bound to different worker groups are initiated simultaneously, if the number of task instances bound to a specific worker group exceeds the group's capacity limit by a certain number (more than 3), workflow instances bound to other worker groups also get blocked—even when the resources of those other worker groups are idle. Is this phenomenon normal? How to resolve it?
