I'd like to take a **focused UI** fix for this issue. I understand the design that environments are bound to worker groups. This PR will **not** remove that binding. It only aligns Start/Timing modals with the existing task-node logic: when switching worker group, keep `environmentCode` if it is still valid for the new group; clear it only when it is not.
