   I run the ut covered in IDEA the result is this:
   
   org.apache.dolphinscheduler.alert | 57% (11/19) | 62% (65/104) | 48% 
(274/563)

   org.apache.dolphinscheduler.plugin.alert | 63% (7/11) | 64% (22/34) | 69% 
(245/351)
   org.apache.dolphinscheduler.spi | 65% (19/29) | 58% (82/139) | 56% (181/323)

   And I mainly changed these codes. Part of the code in pr is related to 
checkstyle. I did not write ut for this part of the code.
   
   But the SonarCloud / SonarCloud Code Analysis result is `Failed condition 
0.0% Condition Coverage on New Code (is less than 33%)` ,why ?
