The Process Definition interface parameter releaseState is changed to an
enumeration type
**What are the current deficiencies and the benefits of improvement**
- The current Process Definition interface parameter releaseState variable
uses an int type, and the releaseState mapping relationship needs to be
recorded in both the front-end and back-end code
