   there is a syntax error in `dolphinscheduler_postgresql.sql`

   so when i init db with postgrepsql it comed with error

   no error when user init sql in `dolphinscheduler_postgresql.sql` 
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   run the init sql in `dolphinscheduler_postgresql.sql`
