### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description There has the possibility that the `endtime` smaller than `starttime` when creating or updating a cron of the workflow. ### Use case I create this issue to connect with the PR I submit to solve this problem.
