   ### What happened
   
   When I assign another project to the task group It can be updated 
successfully.
   Edit a task group:

   Assign another project and save it:

   The project's name of the task group couldn't be modified:

   I expect that I can modify the project's name for a task group.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   You can modify a task group and select another project. At last you will see 
it.
