   @Tianqi-Dotes I reproduce in "COMPLEMENT_DATA" mode
   
   1. I have already upgrade to 2.0.5 ( upgrade road: 1.3.6 -> 1.3.9 -> 2.0.1 
-> 2.0.3 -> 2.0.5)

   2. Process default configuration

   3. Replace some global params and run in "COMPLEMENT_DATA" mode

   I don't know if there's any possibility that something broken during past 
upgrade.
