   ### What happened
   
   When I perform a repeat running operation on a complement instance, 
redundant complement instances are generated.
   
   
   
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   I selected the complement date from the 25th to the 28th, a total of 4 days, 
and then repeat running the instance of the 27th, and the result was an 
additional instance of the 28th complement.
