尽管fe切换了https，但是通过--helper启动的时候内部还是用的http请求，在openConnection的时候得到的相应实际上是303重定向，但是代码里判断的是200导致出错。
   
   代码改成下面这样，则可以过去。

   但是看代码，依然存在内部多处http的调用

其中非leader节点启动的时候还会从leader节点通过http请求下载version文件，但实际上切换了https的话下载有问题，导致文件为空，后续解析version文件NPE。
