suppose we have schema: `L(a, b, c), R(d, e)`
for join: `L join R on L.a=R.d where R.e < 100`, nereids generate
RF(R.d->L.a)
since L.a is the first column, data in segments are ordered by L.a. If we
create a min-max RF, scanner could use this min-max RF to prune scan-range.
