DB name is not lower case when jdbc catalog configuration `lower_case_table_names` is `true`. ### What You Expected? DB name is lower case when jdbc catalog configuration `lower_case_table_names` is `true`. ### How to Reproduce? 1. Create database using upper case name(e.g. `DB_NAME`) in oracle. 2. Create jdbc oracle catalog in doris using `lower_case_table_names = true`. 3.
