The default value of backend tag is `default`, in the example of setting the
replication_allocation in the document is `ALTER TABLE example_db.mysql_table
SET ("replication_allocation" = "tag.location.tag1: 1"); `, but user may don't
know the meaning of tag1, and use it set a false tag, so i think it is better
to use default here.
