### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description When drop db/table/partition, the catalog recycle bin will delete them after `catalog_trash_expire_second`(in `fe.conf`) seconds. We can provide a new command to delete them to free disk usage timely.
