### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description For high throughput scenarios, after turn on the local_replica_selection, the performance improvement is obvious. But local_replica_selection have a problem, all frontends can only use local replicas to do the query, so even if the be fails for a short time, a large number of queries will fail.
