### What problem does this PR solve?
If we create async materialized view on single external table, then we query
the external table with filter or aggregate directly. though rewritten by mv
successfully, but CBO could not chose the mv.
such as mv def is as following:
```sql
CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW ${mv_name}
BUILD IMMEDIATE REFRESH COMPLETE ON MANUAL
DISTRIBUTED BY RANDOM BUCKETS 2
PROPERTIES ('replication_num' = '1')
AS
select o_custkey, o_orderdate
from ${hive_catalog_name}.${hive_database}.${hive_table}
```
query is as following:
```sql
select o_custkey
from ${hive_catalog_name}.${hive_database}.${hive_table}
where o_custkey > 2;
```
the pr support this.
