### What problem does this PR solve?
In previous, auto_profile_threshold is calculated by background thread of
ProfileManager.
When FE has a high qps, this implementation makes profile in memory stacking
until background thread wakes up.
So, we move the calculation of auto_profile_threshold to
Profile::update_summary.
