### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:
1. GROUP BY column index handling
String invalidSql = "select sum(col2) from t1 group by col2, 1";
The '1' in GROUP BY refers to the first column in the SELECT clause, but
since sum(col2) is an aggregate function, using '1' will cause an error.
String validSql = "select sum(col2) from t1 group by col2, 2";
The '2' here is an integer literal
2. Fix comments in class EliminateGroupByConstant.
