### What problem does this PR solve? Problem Summary: In some env, jni will throw ``` Exception: java.lang.StackOverflowError thrown from the UncaughtExceptionHandler in thread "process reaper". ``` ### Release note Fix java.lang.StackOverflowError thrown from the UncaughtExceptionHandler in thread "process reaper" by set `-Djdk.lang.processReaperUseDefaultStackSize`.
