# Proposed changes
Issue Number: close #13622
## Problem summary
This pr did these things:
1. 【create policy】If nereids enable, the policy will contains an additional
wherePredicate obtained from NereidsParser, named **nereidsPredicate**.
Otherwise, set to null.
2. 【merge policy】The original wherePredicate is merged in the original way,
while **nereidsPredicate** processed as follow:
- null + null = null
- nereidsPredicate + null = null
- nereidsPredicate + nereidsPredicate = nereidsPredicate
3. 【NereidsAnalyzer】If matched policy contains **nereidsPredicate**，add
logicalFilter for unboundRelation, otherwise fall back to legacy planner.
