Review Comment:
   Fluss C++ client has LIMITED features compared to the Java client but we can 
brainstorm around this and come up with best long term approach. Adding 
fluss-cpp dependency should be okay, if we really get best performance & 
usuability.
   
   Doris already uses JNI for similar integrations: HudiJniReader, 
PaimonJniReader , hence I was planning around FlussJniReader.
