### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #61827
Related PR: #xxx
Problem Summary:
After a full synchronization of tables with materialized views, the schema
mapping between the materialized views and base tables is not restored after
the backup and restoration. As a result, the manual insert into operation
fails. After the restoration is successful, the schema mapping between the
materialized views and base tables is not established.
