### What problem does this PR solve?
Problem Summary:
Before this change, `count(distinct array_col)` was rejected in FE with
`COUNT DISTINCT could not process type`, even though the exact distinct backend
path already supported array values.
Previous behavior:
```sql
select count(distinct arr)
from (
select [1, 2] as arr
union all
select [1, 2]
union all
select [2, 1]
) t;
```
```text
COUNT DISTINCT could not process type count(DISTINCT arr)
```
After this change, `count(distinct array_col)` is accepted and returns the
correct distinct array count.
Current behavior:
```sql
select count(distinct arr)
from (
select [1, 2] as arr
union all
select [1, 2]
union all
select [2, 1]
) t;
```

2
```
