### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary: BE table scan only matched partition path values and
by-name file columns by the current column name. After schema evolution
renames, split partition keys or physical files can still use historical names
from table-format name mapping, causing partition columns to miss split
constants and non-partition columns to miss file schema mappings. This change
carries name_mapping in ColumnDefinition, uses it when resolving external
schema fields, partition path aliases, BY_NAME table-to-file mappings, and
Paimon schema annotation.

TableColumnMapper tests, but local thirdparty setup is incomplete: missing

- Behavior changed: Yes. BE can resolve renamed table-format columns through
name_mapping for partition constants and by-name file mappings.
