### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: None Related PR: None Related Jira: [DORIS-27180](http://39.106.86.136:8090/browse/DORIS-27180) Problem Summary: `ScopedMutableBlock` can retain a `ColumnConst` destination, while block merge materializes the incoming column before appending it. Appending that full column to the const destination fails with an internal error.
