Review Comment:
[P1] Include cherry-picked source snapshots in the required-field fence
This walk follows only `parentId()`, but a non-fast-forward Iceberg
cherry-pick copies the source snapshot's files into a new snapshot labeled with
the table-current schema and records the source only as `source-snapshot-id`.
If staged schema A lacks projected required/no-default field `r`, then main
reaches schema B and cherry-picks A, the selected snapshot and every ordinary
parent report B. The fence returns false even though an A file is now visible,
allowing a source BE to use the legacy NULL fallback while a current BE rejects
the file. Unlike the earlier off-lineage case, these files are part of the
selected snapshot. Follow the source-snapshot provenance (including its schema
ancestry) or conservatively require current semantics, and add a non-ancestor
cherry-pick/WAP regression.

Review Comment:
[P1] Reject branch commits that will advertise an incompatible current schema
This correctly revalidates the pinned branch-head schema for analysis, but
it never checks the table-current schema that Iceberg assigns to the new branch
snapshot. If branch `b` is still at schema A while current schema B adds
required field `r` without an initial default, Doris writes an A-shaped file
without `r`; `newAppend().toBranch(b)` then commits a B-labeled snapshot, and
the next read reaches the new missing-required-field rejection on that newly
written file. This is narrower than the withdrawn branch-schema discussion:
keep branch-head analysis, but reject a table-current required/no-default field
that is absent from the pinned branch schema, and add that first-branch-append
regression.
