URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/66949

   ### What problem does this PR solve?

   Issue Number: None

   Related PR: None

   Problem Summary: LocalFileSystem::directory_size used the throwing overloads
of std::filesystem APIs and returned a generic InternalError for invalid
directory paths. Use std::error_code overloads consistently with list_impl and
convert traversal failures through localfs_error.

   ### Release note

   None

   ### Check List (For Author)

   - Test: No need to test (localized filesystem error-handling improvement;
formatting and diff checks passed)
   - Behavior changed: Yes (filesystem failures now preserve the underlying
error details in Doris Status)
   - Does this need documentation: No
