## Dependency Stacked on #8. Review and merge #8 first; this PR contains only receipt-integrity hardening. ## Summary - make `verify-anchors.py` derive verdict, severity counts, rounds, and convergence from the standard EN/ZH review documents - bind the verified result and document hashes to the current review run and head SHA - make the PASS poster rerun document verification immediately before every create or update - expand the mocked-`gh` suite for incomplete, edited, stale, non-converged, and REQUEST_CHANGES results ## Why #8 establishes the qualified reviewer, exact model/effort allowlist, and run/head binding. This follow-up prevents independently supplied receipt fields or later document edits from disagreeing with the review artifacts. ## Validation - `./verify/repo-review/run.sh` — 23 tests passed - `quick_validate.py skills/doris-repo-review` — valid - shell syntax and Python compile checks - generated v1 receipt accepted by Doris `validate_review_pass_comment.py` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
