URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/66967

   Problem Summary:
   The bracket array literal `[...]` only accepted `constant` elements at the
   grammar level, so expressions such as `CAST(...)` were rejected with a
confusing
   parse error. For example, the following query failed with
   `missing ']' at '('`, pointing at the first `(` of the first `TIMESTAMPTZ`
cast:

   ```
   SELECT CAST([
       CAST('2026-08-18 12:34:56 +08:00' AS TIMESTAMPTZ(6)),
       CAST('2026-08-18 04:34:56 +00:00' AS TIMESTAMPTZ(6))
   ] AS ARRAY<TIMESTAMPTZ>);
   ```

   This PR relaxes the arrayLiteral rule to accept arbitrary expression items
   (consistent with ARRAY(...) and Spark semantics), and updates
   LogicalPlanBuilder#visitArrayLiteral accordingly
