Column readers only supply zone maps now. Each kind of condition answers the
same question about one, and the segment layer drives the walk.

ColumnReader exposes get_segment_zone_map and get_page_zone_map, and no
longer takes predicates. The predicate walk and the expression walk share one
page loop, which lets expressions prune variant subcolumn pages for the first
time.

ZoneMapFilterResult gains kAllMatch, so a condition the zone map proves true
for every row in a segment can be dropped there. Comparison, IN, NOT IN, IS
NULL, IS NOT NULL and starts_with all answer it, where only comparison did
before.

`opposite` is applied once, in ColumnPredicate::evaluate_zonemap_filter, so
a delete condition reads the same entry point as a query predicate.
evaluate_del and prune_predicates_by_zone_map are gone with it.
