Review Comment:
Fixed in 77fa36419ba. Confirmed on BE for both forms: `terms_filter_` is
reset per input token and the dedup key only matters when more than one
candidate is added; with `keep_first_letter`, `keep_full_pinyin`,
`keep_separate_first_letter`, `keep_original`, `keep_none_chinese` and
`keep_separate_chinese` all disabled, at most one term (the joined pinyin, or
the token filter's fallback original) is emitted per input.
The identity now removes `remove_duplicated_term` exactly under those six
effective values (`keep_separate_chinese` is included because it is another
per-character candidate source).
`testPinyinDedupFlagIgnoredWhenAtMostOneCandidateIsEmitted` covers tokenizer
and token filter forms with `keep_full_pinyin=true` and
`keep_separate_chinese=true` as multi-output negatives; CREATE/ALTER are in the
shared cases.
