`fe/fe-sql-parser/README.md` names the CLI jar
`fe-sql-parser-1.2-SNAPSHOT-cli.jar`, but `fe-sql-parser/pom.xml` sets
`<finalName>doris-fe-sql-parser</finalName>` and its own comment says
the build produces `target/doris-fe-sql-parser-cli.jar`. So the
documented `java -jar` commands fail with "Unable to access jarfile"
after a successful build. The README also says the jar runs on JRE 8+,
but `fe/pom.xml` compiles with `maven.compiler.source/target` 17, so
anything below Java 17 gets an UnsupportedClassVersionError.
This fixes the four jar-name references and the Java version.
