Fixed PR-related regression failures in 18bfadc0745. Strict Arrow schema
equality incorrectly treated backend transport labels and optimizer nullability
narrowing as schema drift. For example, an unaliased literal has an internal
logical name but a SQL-text wire label; TVF fields use `_tvf_<function>.` wire
prefixes. Compare final planner semantic labels and positional Arrow types,
retaining checks for real column renames, type/metadata changes, nested names,
and nullable widening.

   Related failures addressed:
   - P0: `test_flight_timestamp_range`, `test_flight_utf8_validation`,
`test_sql_cache_over_arrow_flight`, and muted `test_select` /
`test_auth_remote_ip`.
   - External: `test_flight_int96_timestamp_range`.

The S3 upload timeouts (`refactor_storage_param_s3_load`, muted
`test_s3_tvf_s3_storage` / `test_outfile_s3_storage`) and Paimon OBS
unsupported-scheme failure (`paimon_base_filesystem`) also occur on unrelated
PRs and are unchanged.

Validation: all 60 focused FE tests, FE Checkstyle and the local Flight RPC
suite passed. New tests use actual Nereids planning and serialized output
expressions, including a TVF, and preserve negative schema-drift tests. Full BE
and external suites still need confirmation on the updated CI build.
