Thanks for this fix. The same stabilization reached master through #68449 (merged 2026-09-29). In `test_base_compaction_with_dup_key_max_file_size_limit` it saves `disable_auto_compaction` and `base_compaction_dup_key_max_file_size_mbytes`, sets them for the case, and restores both in `finally`. It lowers the size limit to 512 MB only right before the step that must fail with E-808, so that cloud base compaction does not filter the large setup rowsets. This PR no longer applies on top of that, so I'm closing it as superseded by #68449.
