Addressed in 936df2bceb7. Per finding: - [P1] Profile monitor taken under the manager read lock: fixed. The completion-state helpers use a dedicated lock, and `ProfileCompletionStateTest#renderingDoesNotWaitForProfileMonitor` covers it.
