### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: N/A Problem Summary: Delayed aggregation RPC replays can restore delete bitmap versions already cleaned up by a newer compaction, causing redundant-version checker alarms. Ignore a stale bitmap only when the exact covering compaction end version contains a complete bitmap for the same rowset and segment that includes all its deleted rows.
