Addressed the first review round in `a755a5444f9`: - Fixed: a null partition value of a field whose source column was dropped no longer blocks row-level DML, which covers the `void(p)` field of a v1 table and a historical NULL partition (r4306277393), and files whose partition tuple cannot be serialized count toward EXPLAIN `partition=N/M` and `sql_block_rule` `partition_num` again, keyed by their raw values (r4306277396). - Found while verifying r4306277393: Doris write planning rejects writes to a v1 table whose current spec holds a `void` field.
