Complete Russian translations for the fourteen pages left outside the regular T09 queue. Seven window-function pages reuse validated 4.x translations with identical English source bytes. Seven pages are translated from the current English source, including two former T08-A community reservations. The obsolete incremental-read translation and state were removed from #4435 before this PR to avoid overlapping file claims. Source snapshot: `87417f1fefb604bf8a98d1fea0ace4beaccc4b2c`. Model: `gpt-6.1-sol`, reasoning effort `xhigh`. This recovery used 9 new model calls. Local review corrections (original model responses retained): - `docs/query-acceleration/materialized-view/async-materialized-view/incremental-materialized-view.mdx`: Restore all 31 protected MDX comment blocks verbatim from the English source in the complete second response. Russian prose is unchanged.
