Addressed in `2c95fb189ac`: - 4366311383 (binary static values of a finite-length column): fe-core now casts a binary static partition value to the VARBINARY type of its column with its bytes unchanged, so `INSERT OVERWRITE ... PARTITION (p = X'4142')` plans on Paimon BINARY(n) / VARBINARY(n) columns, not only on BYTES. A value longer than a VARBINARY(n) column, which Paimon's static overwrite rejects at commit, is rejected while the write is planned.
