Review Comment:
[P1] Reject ISO dimensional metadata on typed spatial operations.
RawWkbReader::read() always passes &_dimensions, so read_wkb_type() skips its
nonzero-dimension rejection and validate_spatial_wkb() accepts ISO XYZ/XYM/XYZM
bytes. SpatialWkbGeoFunction then lets ST_AsText and other typed operations
consume values that the new function_geo_st_astext_rejects_spatial_wkb_with_z
test requires to fail with the unsupported-metadata error. Keep ISO dimensions
available for raw typed storage, but use a strict operation validator before
calculation/accessor functions.

Review Comment:
[P2] Reject unsupported projjson: CRS tables before Iceberg write planning.
validateTable() admits any v3 Parquet spatial schema, while the BE writer
returns NotImplemented for every referenced projjson: CRS in
validate_spatial_crs_for_write(). This lets CREATE/ALTER and plan construction
succeed, then fails when the data-file schema is built. Either reject this CRS
during DDL and every data-file write-plan validation or carry its definition
into Parquet metadata, and add a custom-CRS write regression.

Review Comment:
[P2] Do not reject certified raw polygon crossings because of an unrelated
rounded vertex collision. With Intersects already true, this guard treats any
rounded-only collision without a raw vertex or vertex/interior witness as
ambiguous; a proper edge crossing whose endpoints are all outside the other
polygon has no such witness and returns NotSupported. Add a raw edge-crossing
witness (and test both operand orders), rejecting only when the rounded
collision is the sole possible contact.
