Fixed the external-regression suite setup failure in 424944b087. The scanner rollout option is now deprecated and SHOW VARIABLES exposes its prefixed display name. Looking it up by the old name returns no row, so the suite failed before running any data checks. FileScannerV2 is unconditional now, so the suite no longer reads or toggles that option. Both batch modes retain all eight query shapes (16 comparisons) and the eight existing V2 numeric golden checks; the generated output file is unchanged. Validation: reproduced the original NPE with a Groovy control-flow probe. After the fix, four scenarios covering both initial batch settings, successful execution, and an injected query failure pass, including session restoration and golden-tag lookup through the regression framework's OutputUtils. This is a control-flow smoke check; live FE/BE/Spark regression execution of this update remains for CI.
